Fulfillment Policy

Exchanges Within 7 Days, No Returns

Introduction: At ASAP Jewelry, we aim to provide complete satisfaction with your purchase. While returns are not offered, we understand there may be occasions where an exchange is necessary. Therefore, we allow exchanges within 7 days of receipt of your item.

Fulfillment Process and Guidelines:

  1. Exchange Authorization:

    • Initiate an exchange by contacting us at admin@asapjewelry.co for an Exchange Authorization Number.
    • This number must be displayed clearly on the outside of your package. Without it, the package will not be accepted for exchange.

  2. Eligibility for Exchange:

    • Items must be in their original, unaltered, and unworn condition to be eligible for exchange.
    • Non-eligible items for exchange include, but are not limited to:
      • Custom orders, including all 18K gold jewelry.
      • Engraved items.
      • Eternity bands of any kind.
      • Diamond jewelry exceeding a total weight of 1 carat.
    • Our team will inspect the items upon receipt to verify they meet these criteria. Items that are worn or altered will not be accepted for exchange.

  3. Exchange Value and Gold Market Price:

    • The exchange value of items primarily made of gold is subject to the current market price of gold. Therefore, the exchange value may vary in accordance with the prevailing gold market price.

  4. Preparing Your Item for Exchange:

    • Include all original packaging and materials when returning the item.

  5. Exchange Methods:

    • Local Pickup in San Fernando Valley: Contact us to schedule a pickup.
    • Shipping Your Exchange: For clients outside the San Fernando Valley, send your item via a traceable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  6. Processing Your Exchange:

    • Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your exchange and update you on the status and any necessary further actions.

  7. Customer Assistance:

    • Our dedicated support team is available to help with any queries or assistance needed throughout the exchange process.
